This place never disappoints. I'm a huge fan of their sushi burritos. My favorite is the salmon burrito, it is always so fresh and you get a good sized portion that doesn't leave you feeling like you need more. These are also great to sneak into the movie theater ;)

Bimi Poke is a solid choice for poke. It's located inside the Metreon and is a convenient food court-like spot if you're stopping by the movies, Target, etc. I ordered on Uber Eats and picked up the food, which was ready right when I got there. I created my own poke bowl with salmon and tuna. While it was a tasty bowl with all of the toppings and sauces (I chose poke, unagi, and ponzu sauces), I wish the bowl had been more customizable rather than it defaulting to all the topping options, and that the price of the fish had also been included in the upfront price of the bowl. Portion size could've been a bit larger, but overall still good and convenient, and I would eat here again if I'm back at the Metreon.

It's located on the side with entrance on 4th street inside Metreon. It's easy to order. For bowl, choose your rice or salad. Choose your protein. Salmon cost +$1, tuna +$3 (well worth it). Surrito. They have different to choose from. Seems fresh enough. Mine had little cubes of salmon and 3 pieces of tuna bowl came out to $18. I couldn't finish the brown rice. Ate the seaweed and edamame beans. Purple cabbage. What dressing do you want? I do like that they don't pre-marinade the sashimi like costco.
